Gabriel Marcelo Vargas Mella

Gabriel Vargas focuses his practice on Criminal Law, with a specialized emphasis on strategic litigation for both individuals and corporate clients. He provides expert counsel on Crime Prevention Models (CPM), institutional defense, white-collar crimes, and internal corporate investigations.

Earlier in his career, Gabriel served at the Regional Center for Children’s Rights (CREDEN) of the Judicial Assistance Corporation, where he provided legal representation to children and adolescents in high-risk cases involving severe abuse and neglect. This experience in child protection litigation within underserved communities granted him a profound ethical foundation and a comprehensive perspective on both criminal defense and the protection of fundamental rights.
