Studies and professional experience:

Diploma in Corporate Governance and Compliance, Universidad del Desarrollo, 2020.
During 2015 he served as attorney in the real estate area at Philippi, Prietocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría. He joined FIHS in 2019 and has focused his practice in the area of litigation and arbitration, corporate and real estate law.
Academic experience:
Assistant for the Urban Planning Law diploma taught by the Universidad de los Andes (2020 to date).
Publications:
– Co-author of the article “The production of arbitration evidence: the IBA Rules v/s the Prague Rules”, published in the Ecuadorian Arbitration Magazine N°11, November 2020.
– Co-author of the article “Evolution and analysis of national construction arbitration in the arbitration awards of the CAM Santiago”, contained in the Book published in the context of the celebration of the 30 years of the Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM) of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago (CCS), November 2022.
