Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences, University of Barcelona and Pompeu Fabra University, Spain, 2001-2002; Diploma in Criminal Procedure Reform, Alberto Hurtado University, 2003; Diploma in Economic Criminal Law, Alberto Hurtado University, 2005. Diploma in Criminal Law Fundamentals Update, University of Navarra, Pamplona, Spain, 2018. Joined FIHS in 1998. From 1998 to 2004 he was a criminal lawyer at the State Defence Council (Consejo de Defensa del Estado). From 2005 to 2008 he was a criminal lawyer at the Public Criminal Defence Office. He has more than 25 years of experience as a litigator.
