We want to expressly record the generous dedication and perseverance throughout his professional life of our beloved founder of FIHS Abogados; Patricio Figueroa Velasco. He studied Law at the University of Chile, performed as professor of tax law for nearly 30 years at this university; He dedicated many years to advising people and companies on real estate, construction and tax matters. He was an arbitrator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce, an institution of which he was also its Vice-president, as well as of the Bar Association. He served as Arbitrator in numerous litigations in his specialty. He was also Advisor to the Legislation Commission of the Chilean Chamber of Construction and honorary Director of ACOP, National Chamber of Real Estate Services.
